unless you live really far away (basically, out of state) you probably won't be getting your invitation in the mail. because i decided to tie a bow to make the invitations pretty, they are charging me $.58 to mail each invitation and i think that's ridiculous. so i'm basically going to be mailing them to out of state family and a few friends and that's it.
so PLEASE BE SURE TO RSVP to the "save the date" i sent you. i need a head count by NOV 1 and if you're not on there, there won't be a seat saved!
i'll still have all of your invitations so maybe we can try to meet up and i can give them to you or i'll bring them to the wedding or something. if you care about having one. which i know at least jamie will.

valerie's mom just got diagnosed with breast cancer.
on may 12, there's this thing called Race for the Cure. i'm sure you've heard of it.
we have a team with only 8 people. we need 20 by april 27.
it's 25 bucks and you can do a 5k walk or a 1 mile walk.
i'm bringing maddon.
if you've ever wanted to do something good, now's the time.

who's going to picnic day?
i want to see my long lost friends.
i only went to one picnic day so far, and i don't even rememeber it because i was drinking vodka out of a camelback. shane now has a camelback, but i do intend on remembering this one because we'll have maddon and you know, one of us has to be the responsible parent.

my mom left today and that sucked and was stupid.
i hate it when she leaves. 4 days is totally not enough.
but we had a lot of fun while she was here.
and i forgot to take any pictures, except ( today )
i had such a great weekend and i'm so so so glad she was able to come out. i miss my family so much.
school starts back on wednesday, but i have friday off and hilary and i are going thrifting.

as of yesterday, maddon can crawl a little bit. like really only a little bit. and then he gets frustrated - i don't think he realized he's moving himself yet.
but basically this means my life is over
and it's really exciting and scary.
tonight is the viewing. and i'm terrified.
i hate that it takes something like this for all of us to get together,
but i'm really glad we're all going to be together tonight.

ugh. they talked about sickle cell anemia today in bio.
it's not enough that i'm thinking of him 100x a day.
also, i've been getting flaked on all week.
and i'm not mad, nor am i trying to be malicious about it. it's been about 4 times, since saturday. it's just a bummer.
i mean, i don't see many people as it is.
anyway, i'll be in vacaville on monday [because marissa told me that's when the funeral is], so i'm going to hang out with sal and it's going to end my flaked-on streak.

i am sick
school starts tomorrow
why am i always sick on the 1st day of school?
anyway, my week in tx was great but i'm glad to be home
new years was fun. the music my dad played was hilarious and right before we went to bed, my mom found a tape of me when i was 5 and showed it to shane. nice, mom.
( maddon is my favorite person in the world )
overall, my winter break was really nice. i just wish it was longer. and i wish i didn't feel so crappy.
i hope i'm better by friday.
